These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Recruina's website, dashboard, application forms, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

If you create or use an account on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

Candidate Applications and CVs

What You Submit

When you apply for a job or submit an open application, you may provide personal data including contact details, CV/resume files, and application responses.

How It Is Used

By submitting an application, you authorize Recruina to store and process your data for recruitment workflows, including sharing relevant application data with authorized hiring users for that role.

Your Responsibility

  • You confirm you have the right to submit all content you upload.
  • You must not submit unlawful, false, or misleading information.
  • You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

Employer Responsibilities

Job Postings and Hiring Activity

Employers must post accurate job information and comply with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws. We may review, reject, or remove postings at our discretion.

Candidate Data Received by Employers

When an employer receives candidate data through the Service, that employer is responsible for its own handling of that data under applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful activity.
  • Interfere with security, stability, or performance.
  • Access data you are not authorized to access.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect personal data without a valid legal basis.
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content.
  • Misrepresent identity, authority, employer affiliation, or candidate profile details.

Platform Role and Disclaimers

Recruina facilitates connections between candidates and employers. We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • Hiring decisions made by employers.
  • Accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party content.
  • Any job outcome, including interviews, offers, placement, compensation, or work conditions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy and Data Processing

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process data for recruitment, account operation, security, and legal compliance.

We do not sell personal data. We may share application data with relevant employers and trusted service providers as necessary to operate the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Recruina or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Recruina a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or material breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Some obligations that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect (for example, legal compliance and liability limitations).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recruina is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recruina from claims, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised version/date. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
